Patch for Integrated De{*word*81} problem

I'm new to Kylix and Linux, although I've worked previously with Delphi and
Unix. I've installed Linux Fedora Core 2 and Kylix 3 Professional. I've
read about a patch in the Information part of Kylix-patch.de.vu from
Andreas Hausladen, but I can't find the Integrated De{*word*81} patch in the
patch logs. Am I just missing it, or do I have to go elsewhere for the
patch. Thanks for any assistance.
