AFAIK, the Raiser file system (now used by Suse as default) _is_ a
database. So old news for Linux.
Hmm, I thought that REiser was pretty much a HPFS/NTFS copycat. These fses
also have possibilities to attach arbitrary metadata to files (including
multiple forks). So if Reiser qualifies, so does HPFS/NTFS.
