classpath problem?? :(

i'm trying to integrate Serie60 SDK 0.3.1 with JBuilder 8.0 but
there's something that doesn't work..
I've installed also the Nokia Dev. Suite 2.0 and tryed also with
the SDK 0.2.1.
When compiling a project I get this error:

I fear it's caused by the enviroment "path" but I don't know what to
do...
Plz, if someone can help me answer here asap.
I checked old messages and i found a couple of messages similar as
mine.. unfortunately both without an answer...
