C++ Builder Direct bug

Hi,

The C++Builder Direct has a bug. When the news message is too long to fit in
the window, the hint displays exactly what is in the window, but the
complete message.

Huhh?

Regards,

Micha.

Re:C++ Builder Direct bug

Micha,

It has three other bugs:

  * The dates are not internationalised:

    I read "11.2.1999" as the 11th of February

  * You can't easily disable it.

  * It doesn't seem to put the items into any kind of order. I've yet
to read any item listed on it simply because everything it appears to
be showing me dates back to last year.

Maybe it has to be with the international date thing? BCB thinks it is
formatted first the month then the day but it is the other way around?

Only guessing though,

Micha.

The only information shown is two lines of garbage. If I re-boot to another
OS with IE 4.01 SP1, same PC, same internet connection,  Direct shows just
fine.
