How do I disable c++ builder direct

Can anyone tell me, how to disable this spamming C++ Builder Direct?
It tells me, it saves my time to search information about C++ Builder.
But I think, I need more time to close this thing every time I start
the IDE and to search for information about how to disable it than I
need time to search for anything about C++ Builder. In fact, I never
search anything but have to see this pop-up-console appearing in front
of my curser everytime. You start typing some lines of code, get into
the programming mood and - voosh - it appears and rips your attention
into pieces.

Please help me

According to Stefan Hoffmeister:

You can completely remove C++Builder direct by going to

  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Borland\C++Builder\4.0\Known IDE Packages

and removing the line that refers to

  bcbdrt40.bpl

Q.  What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?
A.  I don't know and I don't care.

You forgot to tell him about sprinkling holy water, draping a necklace
of garlic across the monitor, and{*word*154} a dead cat off the computer

What about the {*word*269} sacrifice?  There are always plenty of those to be found
in any programming shop <g,d, &rvf>

The mist crawls from the c{*word*7}like some primordial phantom of romance

Good catch, I was sure I forgot something! 8-)

When I was younger I wanted to know everything and do anything.
As I got older, I discovered how much more I didn't know, and couldn't
do some things.
Now I'd be happy if I just understood everything I do know!

Yep, it works, thank you

Couldn't find a {*word*269} here, so I sacrifices the bcbdrt40.bpl instead.
May it burn in hell.
