The BCB 4.0 compiler warnings in the message window are identified by
number.  The warnings in the Project/Options/Compiler... dialog are
identified by command line switch.  So to turn off a specific warning one
has to read down a list of 75 or so warnings  in the dialog trying to find
the warning of interest.  Right?
