Are these DLL really needed: cc3250mt.dll, VCL50.BPL, and BORLNDMM.DLL

I just start to use BCB5.0.  I write a fairly small program which
compile and run ok.  When I copy the executable to another computer,
and run the program, it ask for these DLL: cc3250mt.dll, VCL50.BPL, and
BORLNDMM.DLL.  My program is only 30k, while these DLL's are over
3M.  Is there any options that can get rid of these DLL.  Otherwise,
there is really a distribution problem,  and Borland IS REALLY MESSED
