TQuickRep is missing

I try to use QuickRep forms in BCB 6.0 prof,
the icons are visible in the repository,
but get messages that TQuickRep is missing.
Did I miss some step during the install?
I installed BCB from the CDs,
and update #4 from the web.
System is W2K.
