I posted my question again without  attachment.

My questions are:

  1. I want to know the way outlining images(or shapes) with dots
     when I draw images on the form in runtime.
     See below drawing...
             + -- + -- +
             |            |
             +            +
             |            |
             + -- + -- +    (Here, '-' is outline of image and '+' is dot)

     2. I also want to chage mouse cursor when mouse is on any
        dot  in above drawing.
        How to know whether the mouse  on one of dots or not.
