custom controls

Has anyone designed custom controls using bc5.02 ide for Resource
Workshop using "custcntl.h" for 32 bit controls. I'm talking about
using the data structures such as CCSTYLEA, CCSTYLEFLAGA and
CCINFOA....and the callback function:
UINT CALLBACK CustomControlInfoA(LPCCINFOA acci);
It appears that there is no documentation on these structures. I'd
like any info there is regarding these stuctures and possibly info on
how to add a toolbox bitmap. Any help would be appreciated.
