create custom Form from BDS2006

Hi,
I'm new to BDS2006 and i'm surprised.
I'm trying to create a custom Form by using "Component" project.
In the Ancestors list, i do not find neither TCustomForm , nor TForm.
I previously update all updates and hotfixes for BDS2006.
So where is the problem ?
