100% working Direct Draw / Direct X class for C++ Builder v1.0?

Does anyone know where I could find a 100% working (FREE) Direct Draw or
Direct X class?

I have seen some Direct Draw / DirectX class.. last I looked it dont do
Direct3D
it is called DGC (Delphi Game Creator)

For Direct3D come look at my site at

It dont have much but the component is good for BCB4.
