Using Turbo Pascal version 5.5 in Windows 95

When I start the Tubro Pascal Version 5.5 in a DOS window in Windows 95,
An error message pops up:

"The program is set up to run in MS-DOS mode and cannot run while
other programs are running.  All other programs will close if
   you choose to continue."

With WFW 3.11 we could run the TURBO program in a DOS Window.

Has anyone found a way of running TP V5.5 in a DOS window in Windows 95?

(Yes - I do use BP Version 7.0 and Delphi but occasionally I still
prefer the simplicity of programming in TP Version 5.5 for DOS).

TIA.

I do not have an answer but I do have a similar question.
Does anybody have any idea why a BP7 program running well
in DOS and Win 3.11 dos box will not work in a win95 dos box.
I get runtimer error 202 which is a stack overflow error?

In Windows 95, open a DOS box. Type "regedit" to start up the registry
editor.

Click on "My Computer", go to edit, select find and do a search for
TURBO.EXE. The registry will locate the AppCompat entries, and you can
delete the TURBO.EXE entry from there.

I used it to run TP7 and now BP7.

Just remember that the registry is very fragile, and if the wrong settings
are changed, you risk messing up your system.
