Problem send HTML message with attachment

I have problem sending e-mail with html code in body
and attachments the code lose the contenttype.

This is a Bug ???

Someone can help-me???

There is a problem with Indy 9.0 when receiving HTML e-mails with
attachments and then sending them with the Indy SMTP component.
It is in the bug track system numbered as 505320.
