App crash when running as standalone (outside IDE)

Hi everybody !

I've just written a little app that acts like a simple menu with Icons in a
TreeView to avoid any deletion (...) from unexperimented users.
When running it in the IDE, everything is OK, but I get random VWin32
protection faults when running it as a standalone app.
I'using D5 Pro.

Did anybody experienced such a problem and who could tell me more ?
