BDE 2.52 and BDE 4.51 Concurrency Question

I'm starting work on a Delphi 3 project that will require that the
application concurrently share DBF files with a Visual dBASE application
running BDE 2.52. Will I have any problems doing this? All the files
are DBFs with MDX production indexes.
