Showing caret and selection in TMemo while not focused

Hi,

Is it possible to have the blinking caret and the current selection in a
TMemo shown while the control does not have the focus?

I'm working on an editor that has a stay-on-top utility window. You are
supposed to drag and drop items from the window to the Memo. This works
fine. However, it's somewhat confusing when you don't have a visual cue as
to the current position and selection in the Memo.

Take a look at ?HideSelection? property in the help files.
