In TIdMessage.MessageParts, ContentType (of TIdText) seems to always return
an empthy string.

If it is unimplemented - then do anyone know the time-frame for the
implementation ?

Don't get me wrong - I know this is voluntary work, and I shall give a hand
if I'm asked to (and given a hint as where to implement it)

It seems that it does get parsed in TIdMessageDecoderMIME.ReadHeader and put
in TIdMessageDecoder.FHeaders - but I can not see where it goes from there.
