opengl textures

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can load a bmp file from disk and wrap it onto
an opengl 3D polygon.  (I'm using Delphi 2- not 3, by the way).

It seems a simple enough request, but none of the tutorials I've been
able to download, or the program's help files seem to be able to tell
me (most tutorials don't work on delphi 2.

I'm sure it's just one line of code, but if you know what that line
is, please let me know.
