Windows 3.11 & Windows 95 client access

1. See TI2989 at www.inprise.com/devsupport/bde/ti_list.
2. Disable opportunistic locking on the server.
3. Check the VREDIR.VXD driver on all of the Win95 machines and make sure
the version is either 1112 or 1116.

Re:Windows 3.11 & Windows 95 client access

Using Delphi 2 and BDE 4.51 and Pcs networked in a peer to peer situation
how do I get WFW 3.11 and W95 machines to access the same paradox tables
resident on an NT server

Thanks
Chris

Set local Share to true on all work stations.

Set the network control file location for all work stations to the same
directory and make sure the path specification is the same except that the Drive
letter canb be different.

You can search for it on the MS Web site or go to
www.inprise.com/devsupport/sqllinks/sqlnoteidx.html
and read document 90. The exact location on the MS Web site is in there.
