Creating new Index Files for a new Ttable

I am trying to create the index file for a new Ttable, with little
luck. It seems that I cannot find a method/procedure/etc. that allows
'.MDX' file output. I have the code creating the actual Database, but I
cannot get it to build an actual index file. If anybody can help, it is
greatly appreciated. Please reply via email if possible.
