Solution: Delphi 2 and Windows NT 4.0 Beta 2 de{*word*81} errors

We have noticed there is some problems with the Beta 2 of NT and Delphi.
It seems to be related to slow write-back cache operations.  Generally if
you compile the application, wait a few seconds for disk activity to slow
or stop.  Then run the application.
