As of Monday August 11th there is a new beta version of the TopGrid by
Top Support.

The TopGrid is a great new VCL grid component for Delphi 2 and 3. It has
a superb look and feel, it can be used in many different ways and it
offers you great programming ease. There is a bound (data aware) and an
unbound version of the TopGrid.

There is a demo program available and the beta can be downloaded from
