Can anyone tell me how i can use TAPI for answering incoming calls.

Boy...I should get royalities for pushing their product but here goes:

For all TAPI and COM programming I highly recommend the Async Professional
suite of components.

They even have example projects for implementing the exact thing you're
looking to do.
