Sending faxes with fax number filled in

From a Delphi application for Windows NT, I would like to send faxes,
with the fax number filled in automatically. What needs to be faxed, is
reports created in Crystal Reports.
The reports contain images, different fonts so an ASCII-based solution
is not possible. The 'solution' should be capable of handling about 200
faxes a day, and faxes will be sent from the network through one 'fax
server'.

Which fax software can I best use for this problem?
