Calling Delphi DLLs from MS-Access

Has anybody ever tried to call a Delphi 1.0 DLL from within MS-Access 2.0.
For me it seems be impossible to return-values from DLL-functions. The only thing that works well
is when I am returning integer values. But I would like to return also double values and to use calling parameters
with type of double.
