I've managed to get Delphi to talk to various oracle servers (6 & 7) via
SQL links & TCP/IP. However, I would like to do some local development
using Personal Oracle 7 (allowing me to scale up to a remote server
easily), but I've been unable to get the BDE to connect to a PO7 server.

Anyone tried this or able to tell me it can't be done?
