ReportSmith can not connect to SQL-Anywhere?

ReportSmith can not connect to SQL-Anywhere?

I have installed SQL-Anywhere 5.0 server on NT 3.51 + SP4,
Delphi apps can connect to it, but ReportSmith 2.5 refused to do so.
(Both are on Win95).
I used ODBC for the middleware.
The network protocol installed are TCP/IP, NetBEUI, IPX/SPX, and NetBIOS.
Delphi client apps usually connects using IPX/SPX.

I have tried to connect from the NT server itself, with the same result.

Anyone experiencing similar problem? And the solution?
