How to configure Delphi 5 Enterprise to Oracle 8i Personal Edition

What are the correct settings in the configuration file for the native
Oracle driver.
I am using the updated Delphi 5 Enterprise Edition and Oracle 8i Personal
Edition
I have not been able to connect.
