Hello all,
I was trying to register a TPictureProperty editor for a form of mine,
when I discovered that neither D3.00 nor D3.01 include the LibConst
unit. (TPictureProperty is declared in PicEdit; PicEdit seems to use
LibConst internally.) I am *defininitely* missing something somewhere
... :-)
