Read a text file character by character !

Hi!

I want to browse an html file character by character, how can i do that ???
can someone help me ?

Look up the following in Delphi help...

AssignFile, Reset, Seek, BlockRead, BlockWrite, CloseFile...

There are several good approaches... The fastest, I think would be to read
it into a stream.
