I'd like to write a program that connects to the Internet either using
one of the connections available on the machine (Win98,2k,NT,XP) or by
calling a phone number and establishing a TCP/IP connection with the server.
I would like to pop-up a list of the available connections, from which the
user selectes one, and then use the dial-up connection to connect. Or I
don't mind just using the default connection. I was looking into the code
Windows 98 uses to do this, under Windows directory/Web, and it's done in
Javascript, but I can't understand which files are the actual connection
files. Delphi, Visual C++, VB or javascript are all fine, I don't care.
