How to you call 16 bit's dll's from Delphi 2.0?

How is it possible to call a 16 bit dll from Delphi 2.0?
I know it can be done with a method called thunking. But when I look
at the helpfile it says I need a program called thunk.exe.

Is there another way to do this? If not is this program available for
download or do I have to purchase a microsoft product?
