Accessing the password in a RAR file

Hi

I reaally need help, I have compressed some source code of mine using RAR,
but have lost the password! I was wondering if there is anyone who knows
how to get this password, either through a program they wrote or where to
get a program to do this.

Plase help me

Tut tut!

Now if you were using ZIP, you can get a
dictionary word-list or brute-force cracking
program such as FastZipCracker.

How long approx. was your pwd?
