BDE 5.01 error $2809 10249(d)

I have got the error $2809 when I try to edit a record
using Delphi3 on a network.
The server is under NT4 SP3
the client is WIN95 (B)
I am the only user at this on the tables.
the problem appears after many edits of records.
the program work fine on a stand-alone station.

Did someone have an idea about this problem ?
