dial up or RAS connections (bde)

I have a large transportation package I have sold for 5 years, delphi
1.0. I have 2 users trying to network via dsl and NT RAS. the first
screen comes thru but we can get no further. I have tried this using
dial up networking to a windows 98 dial up server using a modem and it
worked great. I NEED HELP! Any suggestions
