Hi y'all
Question:  I'm wanting to convert my existing 16-bit applicaction to
32-bit and am having
                some problems in the process of converting it.  One of
them is 16-bit res not
                supported.  Is there a utility for converting 16-bit res
files to 32-bit?

                Secondly, Delphi3 doesn't seem to regconize some local
variables.
