EPS to BMP

Hello,

I would like to convert an EPS file to BMP without using Ghostscript, any
cheap library in mind?

It seems to be more a SDK to convert from postscipt to PDF.

Well ImageMagick do it well...for free.

Yes but it still uses ghostscript (under the hood).
