Converting Delphi Programs to Web pages programs

A Delphi program that was converted to a Web page program was added to the
TegoSoft Samples collection:

TegoWeb Express lets you convert a Delphi program that you wrote to a Web
page program in 2 to 3 minutes (evaluation is available).

What if the person viewing the page doesn't have
VCL40.CAB? Wouldn't they face a rather long download
just to run a small ActiveX gizmo?

Of course.
The same as many other web-based solutions.

But it definitely has applications for Intranets... where IT/IS can
propagate the library as standard installation, etc.
