Sql Server 2000 & Sql Server 7.0

Hi, I transfered my application database from sqlserver 7.0 to
sqlserver2000, and found it is very slow when open a dataset(when 7.0 it is
fairly fast). This application was developed by c++builder5.0+bde5.11, I
have no idea about that.Anybody can help me?
thanks!

No idea, in D5 C/S, it is strictly the same

Care : Alias is NATIVE MSSQL, NOT ODBC NOR ADO.

We experienced that the supplied MS ODBC driver is a {*word*99}.

BDE 5.11 or 5.2
