using Tpop (Activex), DLL/OCX, exceptionerror

Hi,

Can someone tell me how I can distribute a program that has a TPop component
(Delphi 3, ActiveX). I think I need an dll or an ocx, but I can't find which
one i need. When I run it now I get an exceptionerror: "EOleSysError.... Class
not registered".
