the use of TupdateSQL object for to use master detail table

Hi
I have two paradox tables as "kimlik and endoskopi"
kimlik table has two field. their names:"hasta_no and adi_soyadi" and key
index:hasta_no
endoskopi table has five field. their
names:"hasta_no,yas,cinsiyet,telefon,adres" and key index:hasta_no
kimlik and endoskopi are connected with hasta_no
HOW CAN I UPDATE THYS RELATED TABLES? WHYCH SHOULD I USE SQL
COMMAND FOR RELATED TABLES?
