I need a set of GetImage / PutImage routines for TP7, VESA compatible,
that work without the LFB. they also need to work in all colour modes,
8,15,16,24 & 32 bit modes. I have one that works with 8 bit mode, but it
doesn't work with the other modes. It should take the same parameters as
the original, includeding
the same data block format ie
00 Width
02 Height
04+ Data
it also needs to support different methods of placing ie
AND,OR,XOR,Normal etc
