Personal Oracle 7.2 & Delphi 1.02 C/S

Please, can you help me with connecting Delphi with Personal
Oracle. I'm working with Windows 95, and can't connect them.
Please, write all steps I have to do and all software I need to use.
Do I need to have network adapter?

1. Install Oracle from Win95 directory in CD.
2. Install Oracle from WIndows directory. (It is very important, because
so you install 16 bit version drivers). By default from WIn95 you
install just 32 bit drivers.
3. On bdecfg set parameters :
 VendorInit : ora72.dll
 Server Name : 2:

Try to connect as user : system, password : manager.

Thats all.

personal oracle 7.2 and newer version, BDE setting:

server name:blank
net protocol: blank
