Delphi 5 patch not detecting Delphi 5

I've attempted to install the patch for D5 Ent, and it keeps telling me that
I don't have D5 installed. I'm using Win98. Can anyone tell me what the
patch is looking for, or what the problem might be?

I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times, all to no avail.
