Does anyone knows how to make an upgrade from Delphi 3 Pro Build 583 to
Delphi 5 Pro

I'm not certain what you are asking here?  Just install D5 Pro.  Like all
"upgrade" products of Borland's, D5 Pro Upgrade is the full product so it should
be installed in its own directory and never over a previous product.
