Hi, I was wondering how can I create a main menu that appears to be
constrained within a Coolbar? Is it a menu at all, might it be a sham??
(Toolbar in disguise?!)

Any help would be gratefully accepted.

You can use a TToolbar to do it.  Just set its Caption property.
Make sure to set ShowCaptions to True (And Grouped to True)
