accessing password encrypted .DB files over a win95 network

when i try to access paradox files which are pw protected over a windows
95 network, i get the error "file not initialized for network access"
(single- and multiuser access)

this error is not only generated by my application, but also when i try to
access the file with the Database Desktop.

files without passwords seem to work ok.

anyone ?

I use password protected files over a Novell network. I had the same
problem until I located the file PDOXUSRS.NET and placed it on the
file server. Problems just went away.
