Unlike the TMemo & TEdit controls, the TRich Edit control does not
inherit the Windows system colors for the highlighted (selected) text.
Delphi can supply these colors as clHighlight & clHighlightText, but
I've been unable to dope out how to set these colors for the control.  I
find no Win32 API for this purpose, and my efforts to get the same
result with SelAttributes have failed.  I simply want all selected text
in my TRich Edit control to have the same foreground and background
colors as the Windows setting for highlighted text.  Any ideals from the
Delphi pros??
