Capturing scroll event for Borland's scroll bars

It is my understanding that on an MDIParent the scroll bars are
Borland controls and not the standard Windows 95/NT scroll bars, which
is why trapping WM_VSCROLL/WM_HSCROLL doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to capture the event that triggers the Borland
scroll bars?
